  1. Navigate to the Task Reporting card on the slide menu.
  2. Click on the Facility box and use the drop-down menu to select a facility that you’d like to add a task to.
  3. Click the white + icon located in the top right of the Tasks For: section. This will open the Add Task view.
  4. Select one of the values in the drop-down menu within the Task Type box.
  5. Enter a numeric value in the Total Hours box for that task (if Hours is selected in the navy blue capsule above the Total Hours box).
  6. Click the Task Date button. Within the calendar, click on the date you anticipate your task occurring on.
  7. Select Submit button.
